Atlantis Update 3/11/04

1.  A new file has been added that wil show the On Account history for your
customers.  This can be accessed by clicking on the Client tab at the top of
your screen and then clicking on Review On Account History.  This new
feature is available (and printable) for all FUTURE on account transactions.

2.  We've had requests from Atlantis users to have the Status field appear
on the Arrival, Departure, and Grooming calendars.  This will identify
preferred clients (i.e. big spenders) in advance so that kennel owners and
employees are prepared for their arrival.  There was no room left to add the
status code on our existing calendars so we've added a Setup option that
will print these reports in landscape with the status field included.  This
option can be set in Global Config., Misc.

3.  A Setup option has been added to make the client Referral field
mandatory.  This means that you won't be able to save a new or existing
client's record unless the Referral field has data in it.  This option can
be  set in Global config., Clients.

4. The Daily Charge Analysis report now includes quantities for grooming
categories in addition to dollar amounts.

5.  Pets with activities that are set for twice or three times daily now
have the ability to be charged for the actual number selected for the first
day.   Previously a pet with Playtime three times daily were only charged
for one on the arrival date and three for each additional day.

6.  Our Email system has been modified to ignore (skip over) improperly
formatted email addresses.

7.  A new report called "Invalid Email List"  has been added for those of
you that have employees that think the email field can also double as an
extra notes field.  It will print a list of all pet owners with improperly
formatted email addresses.

8.  When making day care appointments for customers with multiple pets the
Default Plan of the first pet would be duplicated on the appointments of the
rest of the familiy's pets even if the others had a different Default Plan.
This has been corrected.

9.  The password for adding or editing a deposit for any date other than
today now also applys to making payments on account.
